These felts are used in all brand compactor machines to compact the knitted fabrics which produced as tube and open width. This felt should be choosen by our expert technical personnel. Because the felt is the most important component for compacting machines.

Felt structure: The felts are manufactured with Polyeste,wool and nomex(aramid) fibre as needling.

It is produced in standard and special dimensions for every mark compactor machines.

Thickness: 12-20 mm depend on compacting mc.

Weight: 5800 - 8000 gr/m2

Special treatment: Pretensioned, heat setting

Admissible max.Working temperature: 160 C
